1.Give Your Hair This Time To Grow

2. Cleanse with shampoo and conditioner

Use a conditioner after shampooing

If your hair feels dry, try using a deep conditioner once a week or so. Or, follow up with a leave-in conditioner to add hydration even after your hair dries. Especially, concentrate the conditioner on the ends of your hair because it is easily damaged. After that, Use a broad toothed comb and run it through your hair to make sure the conditioner reaches everywhere. Leave the conditioner in for anywhere between 10 minutes to an hour. Pull them down, rinse thoroughly and enjoy silky smooth hair.

  • omega-3 fatty acids: their anti-inflammatory effects can counteract any inflammation that’s causing hair shedding. (Salmon, walnuts, and avocados)
